Hence 90 minutes cycling = 10 miles running.... Can not think of another way to capture acuratley but aerobic wise it is very similar with the exception of much less impact for the cycling... My running will be reduced as Cycling / Swimming increases. I need to start building base in all 3 again. Goal is to be at 18-22 hours per week between the three disciplines by end of february..
